And you’ve probably seen the dancing Phillipino prisoners dancing to Michael Jackson’s old classic, “Thriller”. Well, the prisoners at Ebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center in the Philippines have decided to give the Haruhi dance a go:

It’s basically step by step instructions on how to build a laser pointer about 50x as powerful as a standard one, from the leftovers of a DVD-Rom drive. I do warn you, this will blind you if it makes direct contact with your eye. Be warned:
